How to...
Simply Double-click the thumbnail of the 'Main text' layer
Write your desired word or two
and save (Cltr+s).

Note
Choose any font you like. Use bolder fonts for better result.
Remove/edit the 'ambient light' layer if you wish to use it on a lighter background or if you're merging it.
